From the begginning of the raw material, Our material QC will check the products, If the surface is not damaged without dirty. if the material number is correct, and check the quality with our lab
When blowing the polt film, our QC will check the film thickness and width every 15 minutes.
When printing the film. our QC will match the prined colors with Pantone books and checked the color match in the machine. We keep the color erros within 0.05%
When laminated with the film layers, our QC will check the material surface and records all the datas
When making bags, our QC will go through with the production cutting bags line, and check the finished bags every 15 minuts. and record all the datas.
When packaging the finished products, our QC will measure the sizes again, check the bags surface, check the printing colors and locations. match with clients samples again
